1. AllHomeProduct shipping packages are mostly shipped via self dedicated shipping service. In case of destinations not served by our dedicated service in some cases, we have third-party delivery alternate carries like Delhivery, FedEx/DHL.

2. As we provide our own delivery service so you can place an order on any of the week day.

How much time does it take for an order to arrive ?

We provideĀ  the FASTEST Delivery in Lucknow and it takes 1-3 hours to deliver the product in the selected areas; And a maximum time of 1-day in some cases. Usually it takes 1-3 business days in all major cities of India, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 3-5 business days, for rest of the India it usually takes 7-10 business days.

We charge nominal fee of Rs 35 for orders less than Rs 600.

My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do ?

Please e-mail us on support@allhomeproduct.in with your purchased order number or transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.

How can I Track my order status ?

How can I cancel or change my order ?

Just drop an email to support@allhomeproduct.in with reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Does AllHomeProduct provide cash on delivery in my city ?

We offer cash on delivery (COD) at so many locations in India depending on the pin code. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the pin code is served through this facility or else you can e mail us your area PIN code on support@allhomeproduct.in so that we can check and revert.

Do you accept returns ?

We shall be refunding you back the amount in your AllHomeProduct Wallet. You can use that amount to do any shopping on AllHomeProduct any time in future OR We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on AllHomeProduct.
